Withdrawal requests from verified pk10 accounts are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically within 10 minutes. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 24 hours. pk10 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals.
Fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting software, collusion, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited on pk10. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held at the time of detection.

pk10 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers a compliance review. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pk10 complies with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. pk10 does not represent or warrant that use of its platform is legal in your specific location. Players accessing pk10 do so at their own legal risk and discretion.
To access the full features of pk10, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are strictly prohibited from providing false information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pk10. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pk10 employs device fingerprinting, IP address tracking, payment method verification, and identity document checking to detect and close duplicate accounts. All balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk10 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pk10 support immediately at [email protected].
pk10 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pk10 may result in account restriction or closure.
pk10 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the pk10 cashier. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Verified accounts can expect JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to be processed within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. pk10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion.
All pk10 account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. pk10 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
pk10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of this agreement.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet amounts, and any game contribution weightings are stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
pk10 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in cases where it suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing any strategy that pk10 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Any determination of bonus abuse is made at pk10's sole discretion.
All games available on pk10 — including slots, live dealer casino games, table games, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and/or live game feeds from licensed game providers. pk10 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are available upon request.
pk10 cricket and sports betting markets are governed by additional sporting rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, pk10's interpretation of the applicable rules and outcome data shall be final. pk10 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds caused by manifest error.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of any game or bet, pk10 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. pk10's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses resulting from technical issues that are beyond pk10's reasonable control.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, or exploit any part of the pk10 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from pk10. Unauthorised use of pk10's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk10 platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk10's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
pk10 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pk10, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk10 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law. All data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or the pk10 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk10's international gaming licence is issued.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting pk10 customer support at [email protected]. pk10 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body as designated by pk10's licensing framework.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notification on the pk10 platform. Continued use of pk10 following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
